Return & Exchange Policy
At Mini Marvels, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
• The product is unused and in its original packaging
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product issue
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect:
• Opened activity kits
• Used toys or books
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
